Location, spacious, cleanliness, & couldn’t hear any neighboring units.
Very loud construction outside the window that would wake us up the next day— though, it helped us not sleep in. Friday night was very busy and loud due to partygoers / people going clubbing. The security door stopper was broken so half the time it was left open by neighbors who didn’t care.

Location
Disappointed in “the balcony”. It should be advertised as a Juliette balcony. I was expecting to sit out on the balcony as the young ones went out.
