Eigentlich ein gut ausgestattetes, gemütliches Apartment.
Leider waren in dem Apartment viele Arbeiten einfach nicht zu Ende geführt worden. An Velux Fenstern klebte noch die großflächigen Aufkleber, viele leuchten funktionieren nicht oder die Kabelkanäle fehlen schon wieder von der Wand. Lichtschalter. Hinterm Spiegel waren schwer zu finden oder leuchten gegen nach 2 Sekunden immer von alleine wieder aus. Ein Dachfenster fiel halb aus der Verankerung. Oberhalb der normalen Putzhöhe waren sehr viele Spinnweben vorhanden.

El apartamento es muy moderno , espacioso y decorado con gusto. Puedes ir andando a muchos sitios y el barrio es agradable. Mezcla de modernidad y antiguo. Me encanta.
La parte de detrás, jardín , terraza, tiene mucho potencial, pero está descuidado y le quita encanto.

The location was convenient - quick walk to many areas
The AC was extremely noisy, ant infestation in the kitchen, couch was dirty and the place looked unmaintained
