Our host was so wonderfully accommodating in being responsive to our needs. The apartment is located over a small bar. Nothing got rowdy but a little white noise was helpful during the night. The beds were super firm. The heating system worked well which was helpful since the single pane windows didnāt provide much insulation especially the one that was partially sealed with paper towels. We were thankful for the shopping bags under one of the legs of the pool table which helped to level it out. We were able to overlook some of the stains on furnishings and bedding and the mildew in one of the showers. The one thing I wish I had taken note of before booking is that thereās not a comfortable lounging sitting area for gathering and relaxing so when our family turned on a movie, we had to sit in dining chairs or stools. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and were very grateful for our hostās responsiveness.

This vacation home is few steps from the metro station, there are many restaurants nearby, has one parking spot included at the back of property and within 3 minutes walk thereās a indoor parking lot, very old yet functional and can be control from your phone through āClick and Parkā. Good communication with owner or property manager. There are two flights of stairs to climb, so take that into consideration. Still pretty good, recommended!

We had a wonderful stay in Montreal here! The location next to the Metro station was awesome, and communication with the owners was quick and easy. There were a few minor maintenance issues, and if these are resolved the stay would be totally perfect!
