Appartement très grand et fonctionnel très bien situé, dans un quartier très vivant avec beaucoup de restaurants et cafés et à 2 min du métro. Très bien équipé et chaleureux. Correspond largement aux photos

C’est un immeuble, il faut donc être très discret. Pas de bruit autorisé y compris marcher avec des chaussures dans l’appartement, les voisins se plaignent très rapidement auprès du propriétaire

Un appart très complet et agréable, dans un quartier très vivant * La rue MONT ROYAL est très commerçante , à 2 pas. Les équipements sont très bien et l'aménagement de l'espace favorise de bons moments convivaux pour les divers membres d'un groupe d'amis. Pour les transports Intra Montreal : Métro à 200 m très pratique, ou sinon, très proche aussi , station de vélos urbains BIXI .

Seul bémol , mais qui n'est pas de la faute du proprio : nous sommes arrivés tard à la nuit tombée, et nous sommes garés devant l'appart avec pleins d'autres voitures , en acquitant l parking jusqu'au lendemain..... Hélas , le lendemain , elle était seule stationnée.... avec un PV de 100 $ ! La zone doit être vidée pour le passage des balayeuses entre 6 et 7 heures .... et On n'avait hélas pas vu le panneau complémentaire !

We stayed here for only two days but we enjoyed it so much. Since the apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, we prepared our meals ourselves. With an Intermarché and very good bakery around the corner, it felt like home (we were a bit fed up with sleeping in hotels and eating in restaurants). It is good to know that this isn’t a tourist area, but more residential area. With plenty of little shops close by. Communication with the owners is efficient and they’re very responsive. I would definitely come back again and then stay a bit longer!

This has not so much to do with the apartment, but we got a parking ticket in the street, because you’re not allowed to park in the street between 6 and 7 am… Parking in the neighborhood however is very easy and cheap, but be aware of the little signs that mention when you’re not allowed to park. Investigate that a little bit or use an AI tool to help you with that

Location was ok

There was not one single hanger or hook anywhere in the unit to hang coats, jackets, clothes. There were no suitcase racks. The bunk bed in the master bedroom (metal tube structure) was dangerous. Very wobbly and unsecure. Impossible for an adult to use. The heat control in the shower of the master BR did not work. Unable to use for the entire stay. Burned out lights in the staircase. Two sets of very steep stairs were not described. When some deficiencies were reported handyman responded but not able to fix all. No coffee pods for Nespresso machine. No manual for the unit. No local information. For the price we paid not good value at all. The photos were misrepresentative. This landlord appears to have two similar units and photos of the two were intermingled. Not an accurate representation of the unit we rented.
