Location is great, staff were super helpful and checkin was very easy. The bed was comfortable as well. Air conditioning worked great.
Its the small details, like there is no full length mirror, the lock on the door is flimsy it's just a push lock on a knob. The coffee cups were stained and dirty and the only sponge was a crispy old used one. The kettle was called in salt from the water or something. We found hair in the shower and generally everywhere was dusty. There was only one garbage and it was in the bathroom.

Great base for F1, good links to Metro
Head height in the triple room was low upstairs, didn't quite appreciate this in the pictures, but it was fine once you were used to it

The shower never warmed up. It was also really loud Friday night with partying or clubbing or whatever it was
