Welcome to our stunning Montreal getaway right on Saint Catherine`s street!
Located just beside downtown, you can be DT in less than ten minutes! Nightlife, restaurants, bars, clubs are all found nearby too!
We know you want to experience downtown excitement but you don`t want to sleep in downtown core where the action goes all night long! Take a rest between your adventures, enjoy your time with friends and family, make memories that will last forever!
Lots of public transit right nearby, and so close to downtown taking Taxi/Uber is super quick!
This is the ultimate location between your adventures around the city.
This chic and spacious retreat is for up to 14 guests across two floors, giving the perfect blend of relaxation and entertainment.
With a billiards, foosball, full kitchen, workspace, fast wifi, and tasteful yet cozy furnishings over two open loft style floors its everything!
Please note that, for the safety of guests and the community, a Rental Agreement must be signed and a valid ID provided at least two days prior to arrival. Please review the Amenities, Rules, and Policies page. Feel free to reach out with any questions at all!
We don`t host big parties, we ask Quiet Hours are respected in the evening, but if you are a quiet group have a quiet get-together evening or dinner party, then I would be happy to host you here!
If the reservation is cancelled and qualifies for a refund according to the cancellation policy, a 3.5% payment processing fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.

This is a residential building. Parties, events, and excessive noise aren’t permitted. Please observe quiet hours and be mindful of neighbors all times of day.
👥 Registered Guests Only
For safety and building rules, all visitors must be included in your reservation’s guest count. If you plan to have someone visit, please let me know in advance.
🚭 No Smoking Indoors
Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the building. Smoke outside only. Extra cleaning fees or eviction without refund apply if smoke is detected.
🐾 No Animals
Animals aren’t permitted due to a serious health concern.
Service animals are welcome—please inform me in advance if there is anything I can do to make your stay more comfortable. Emotional Support Animals (ESA) must be declared to the host ahead of booking (appropriate documentation required for ESA).
🌙 Check-in & Late Night Arrivals
Check-in and check-out times are listed on the listing page For same-day bookings, access instructions may take up to 1 hour to generate after your reservation is confirmed.
You’re welcome to Check-in after midnight, but assistance may not be available. The host is not responsible for issues after midnight. Please share your ETA, review the check-in guide, and ask any questions in advance.

Late check-out is generally not available due to cleaning schedules. Unscheduled late departures may incur additional housekeeping fees.

Please treat the space as you would your own.
• Remove shoes at the door, avoid food and drinks in bedrooms. Dispose of trash properly. Do not stain fabrics or linens please.Keeps doors and windows closed and locked when leaving or on rainy,snowy, or very cold days.

Basic consumables are provided to help you get settled during your first week. For longer stays, guests should restock items as needed.

In rare cases, building management or the host may need access for urgent repairs or inspections. Guests will be notified whenever possible.

If using public or street parking, please follow all local signage and regulations. In Montreal, always double check the parking signs.

Misrepresentation of a Service Animal is a serious violation.
In line with Airbnb Policy and local laws: Service animals must be house-trained, under control at all times, never left alone, and must not enter restricted areas. Any damage caused will be the guest’s full responsibility.
Without exception, guests found abusing this policy will be responsible for a fine of up to $1,000, plus all extra cleaning costs, and the reservation will be immediately canceled without refund.

Down time at the apartment was just as much fun as exploring the city. Spacious and comfortable with loads of games which my teens loved. Phenomenal cafe Aube a couple of blocks down the street.

We had a pleasant stay with our friends. The place was clean and cozy. The kitchen was well supplied and there was a lot to do during our stay when it was too cold to go out. We played games and didn't get bored. Jean Coutu next to the place was a huge plus for us to get stuff that we had forgotten to bring with us for our trip

Terrible communication. We had instantly called the host when Expedia didn’t reflect correct number of guests. Host called us back and confirmed it is taken care. To our surprise we were told that there would be extra charge when we confirmed no of guests before our trip. We had to resolve this engaging Expedia customer service and after some rude exchanges.
We didn’t have any issue during the stay though.
There are paid street parking but no reserved parking. If you are using click and park make sure you find space close to the location. Usually it suggests location far from the location. Parking is difficult and expensive everywhere you go in Montréal
