The Space:
Welcome to La Perle, a beautifully designed, high-end apartment located in the heart of Plateau Mont-Royal. With 4 private bedrooms, 7 cozy beds (1 king, 3 queen, 1 single, 2 additional options), 2 full bathrooms, a pool table, and a fully equipped chef’s kitchen, this space is perfect for families, groups of friends, or business travelers.
Everything has been designed with comfort and style in mind. The open-concept layout offers plenty of space to relax, work, or gather together. Situated on the ground floor, the unit is easily accessible for all guests — no stairs to climb.
And yes, pets are welcome! We know your furry friends are part of the family too.
Guest Access:
Guests have full private access to the entire apartment during their stay.
➡️ The unit is located at street level — no stairs needed to enter or inside the apartment.
➡️ There is one main building door and a private door to the unit.
➡️ About 20 steps lead from the sidewalk to the unit entrance. Once inside, the space is completely flat and accessible.

Definitely a true gem located right in the heart of the Plateau! It's super central, with amazing restaurants and bars within easy walking distance.On the downside, the coffee maker seemed to require a PhD for consistent operation! Also, communication with the host was a tad delayed during our stay (perhaps because it was the weekend, as they were very receptive before we arrived).All in all, it was a great space and we had a wonderful time.
