Montreal Styled 2 BR Apartment on St-Denis Street

Ça n'a pas été très fluide. L'adresse communiquée initialement n'était pas la bonne, et donc les codes d'accès ne correspondaient pas. Il y a 30-40 minutes d'allers-retours via Booking pour finalement avoir les bonnes infos.

Le wifi n'a pas fonctionné la première journée, ce qui a été un problème et nous a contraint à faire un peu de roaming. Mais l'équipe a rapidement trouvé une solution.

Appartement très agréable, vaste et très bien situé

Quelques détails qui auraient rendu le séjour parfait: Pas de capsules pour la machine à café Pas de serviette pour le visage Pas de chiffon pour la cuisine

The apartment

On the 3rd floor with no elevator. No face cloths, only one hand towel. Bathtub unsafe Not close to metro. No free parking

The location was great and it was very easy to enter and good communication. Clean and relatively efficient communication. Very good selection of amenities - coffee, tea, sugar, olive oil, etc. Best I've ever experienced in a place I've rented.

The pictures in the advert ARE NOT ALL OF THE PROPERTY!!! It is quite outrageous, but there seem to be two separate flats advertised as one. This is quite seriously misleading. I remember being a bit underwhelmed based on expectations after arriving - it was nice, but not like I expected. Only now, looking at the advert, do I seem that there are complete rooms shown that DO NOT EXIST in the property we rented. Also, our shower did not work on arrival and was not fixed until the morning of our third day despite being reported early on the second day. The repairman came at the end of that day and needed to return the next morning. It was somewhat efficiently handled, and we were given one night free for the inconvenience. I was willing to forgive this more readily until seeing the misleading photos.
