The Space:
These comfortable and warm apartments will charm you with their ideal location but also with their undeniable assets!
♦ Four beautiful bedrooms with queen beds. All four have dressers and chests of drawers so you can feel right at home!
♦ Two work areas including desk, ergonomic chair and screen have been installed so you can enjoy a calm and serene environment to work in peace.
♦ The kitchens are furnished with appliances (refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher), and is fully equipped to allow you to cook your meals. Dishes, cookware, utensils, pans, pots and food essentials are provided so you won't lack for anything. In addition, two traditional filter coffee makers as well as two Nespresso Vertuo machines with capsules are at your disposal for your sleepy mornings.
♦ The living rooms are composed of comfortable sofas as well as smart televisions offering you the possibility to cheat boredom on rainy days.

The Plateau-Mont-Royal is a popular, casual, newer neighborhood with streets lined with charming terraced houses. Mont-Royal Avenue and Saint-Denis Street are lined with relaxed cafés and restaurants, lively bars and contemporary galleries and theaters. Nearby Mount Royal Park, with views of the mountain of the same name, has popular trails and a lake. The peaceful La Fontaine Park has ponds surrounded by lawns.
The Plateau-Mont-Royal is one of Canada's major creative hubs with a concentration of artists, musicians and creative organizations unmatched in the rest of the country.
Other Things to Note:
✦ Parking on St. Denis Street is paid and can be complicated. There are daily parking lots that can be a good option.
Snow is removed regularly when my staff comes to the building, it is not cleared every day. In case of long stays or during extreme Winter weather, there is a shovel and some ice-removing salt you are welcome to use.
