Great location! The A/C worked great once we figured it out. Very spacious apartment.
The electrical cords were messily placed. There was a lot of dust on some of the items around the apartment. Smoke detectors needed batteries but no worries we replaced them.

The apartment location is excellent, in a vibrant and chill neighborhood. It was really comfortable, specially the bed. It was very clean and it had all the necessary equipment to cook for yourself if you wanted to. Bathroom with shampoo and gel, and plenty of clean sheets and towels. Philip was very kind and also following-up our arrival, solving our doubts and requests. Easy self check-in with instructions provided by Philip.

The location was good. Easy walking distance to restaurants, stores and sites. Apartment was very clean.
Photos did not quite match the apartment. It was not as well lit and bright. Had to keep the curtains closed to keep the heat out. Air conditioning struggled to keep the apartment cool in the warm weather conditions.
They obviously have issues with mice as there were mouse traps in the kitchen. But thankfully there was no evidence of any during our stay.
