The location is very nice. Great food spots around.
It lacks public areas, concierge etc. Communications are all remote - when I arrived the room wasn’t ready so I had to wait outside on a bench to contact the owner

Close to a variety of restaurants. It’s an easy walk to downtown. Everything was cleaned. The balcony was really nice. They have coffee pods which is awesome for a morning coffee. They also have a brita water bottle in the fridge which is perfect, we bought water bottle because we didn’t see it.
In the bottom of the bathroom door there is like a hole so the water comes out, so our feet towel was completely wet and we had to use our hands towel.

The location was great!
The parking labeled “option 1” was a disaster. Muddy and the car was covered in bird excrement & tree debris. No codes were received prior to arrival & had to receive GPS coordinates for parking spot, not easy to access. The stairs are very narrow & steep. I would not recommend bringing any large luggage. The host had the audacity to request a good review. Asked for a refund for the parking & received NO RESPONSE from host.
