The location of the apartment was very convenient to the metro station which took you around the city, it was also walking distance to the markets and food places in the area. Neighborhood was quiet and I felt safe coming in late at night. It was really easy to access the premises and directions were clear.
The television did not work, we had no access to watch anything and an extra set of towels would have been nice, there were 2 body towels and 2 adults there for 4 nights so an extra set of towels would have been expected.

communication was clean, clear and very easy to understand. Honestly if I were to nitpick, I would say a few line breaks in the message to better help identify the door code and wifi password in the message would have helped, but that's super nit. The place was big, tv was easy to use, kitchen was functional.
The pillows were horrible, my neck hurts a lot. But I prefer and I am used to much firmer pillow. So while I did not have a good night of sleep, someone else might very well find it the best night of their life.
The bed sheets had a single stain on them, nothing outragous but worth mentioning. It had been cleaned just not bleached enough.
I suppose the walls are kinda thin, not a deal breaker, but someone with light sleep might find it annoying.
