Spacious 2 bedroom apartment in Le Plateau by Denstays

Excellent location in Le Plateau, tons of cool bars and restaurants. Decent sized two bedroom apartment. Kitchen stocked with what you'd need to make dinner and such, though we didn't. Very walkable neighborhood, quiet at night. Good directions from Denstays staff. Nice little deck area shared with another Denstays unit.

Parking is a challenge if you have a car. We used the "click and park" app to find a small garbage-filled lot a 17 minute walk away. Worked well over a weekend, car was unmolested, and got some exercise schlepping our bags. Stairs are narrow and steep for the mobility challenged and/or people with lots of luggage. TV has decent cable channels, and a Roku box, but difficult to log in to your own app accounts without the Roku PIN.

Location, space, cleanliness and furniture

high price and very slow communication

-localisation (plateau) -très bien équipé et mignon

The location was convenient and was in a good neighborhood with a grocery store and bakeries close by.

The entryway and stairs were terrible. We could barely get in the entrance to the building door. The stairs were so steep and narrow that it was dangerous each time with ascended or descended the stairs. THERE WAS NO MENTION OF WALK UP STAIRS IN THE ADVERSING. Carrying luggage up and down the stairway was a challenge.
