Location! As well as the wonderful restaurant on the ground floor.
Very rigid check-out system…requiring $20/hour for any time beyond checkout.

It is spacious and quite comfortable. The location is excellent. It is well maintained and nicely decorated.
One of the two showers only had scalding hot water. We asked for it to be fixed and it always seemed like someone would come and work on it but it never materialized. We all ended up just using the one shower which was inconvenient.

Great location
Interior was full of cosmetic damage on walls, (holes in the wall near door) paint missing, doors of kitchen cabinets did not stay open despite catches. Lift broke on last day so had to carry suitcases down three stairs. Staff on end of messaging were very responsive but the local maintenance team were either not engaged to make sure property was in good condition or the owners did not want to invest.
