Emplacement idéal pour accéder au centre ville de Montréal. Le logement est très agréable à vivre avec un espace de vie très convivial. Nous avions les 2 logements du 2ème étage et profité de l'appartement avec le plus grand espace de vie pour nous retrouver en groupe. Les commodités (climatisation, lave linge, sèche linge, équipements ménagers) sont très appréciables. Les échanges avec le loueur (par mail) sont réactifs, agréables, et efficaces.
La rue est très bruyante (malgré une bonne isolation phonique) et l'accès aux appartements très "raide". Heureusement, l'escalier est large et la rampe bien fixée...

Spacious, good location.
Loud people on street at night, although we were warned. Need shower mat. Slippery. #3 has bad step we all tripped on.
