Great location for me - I travelled for a 2 day course at Broadgreen Hospital which was very easy to travel to. Easy key retrieval and good communications from the host to check in. Nice to have front-of-house parking in the driveway.
Not a major issue but can get noisy - sound carries from the upstairs apartments including heavy footed guests stomping around.

Lovely little basement flat very deceiving plenty of room
Unfortunately there were kids and or party at the above flat and were running around above tbe bedroom until past 1am where i had to get brush to bang on ceiling many times. Daughter had swim comp all day saturday and sunday snd needed her sleep including myself both knackerd the next day😤
