Great and secure location. 🙌

We like the location and the security of this home. We feel safe when we come here. Also, it is not too far from the shops I like to frequent. 😊

Please note, though, that one of your sitting room windows to the right side can not close. It was damaged before we arrived there.

A bit far out from the exhibition centre in Liverpool

Gated area lots of pass numbers to enter the property.. quite dated

Comfortable stay for four!

Very well equipped especially the washing up liquid etc. Close to transport, various shops and takeaways. It was a comfortable 2 night stay.

Cleaning could be a bit more thorough, but nothing drastic. Beware there are 3 flights of stair's.

Excellent apartment, very clear and straightforward instructions received from the host who was very helpful. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed for a great trip to the magical city of Liverpool.

was concerned that water leaked behind the shower motor. The toilet roll needed refixing to the wall. Could have done with a dish cloth/jay cloth to wipe surfaces. Otherwise ok

Value for money, Amazing host, Great location

Lynn was such a great host. We arrived and had some difficulty finding the parking and she was quick to help and guide us through text. She was very polite and went the extra mile to make sure we were catered for. The property is clean, there was an issue with the bathroom light flashing a lot but other than that, the apartment was amazing and we were happy with it. It was close to shops, KFC and Liverpool were a short drive away. The area was fairly quiet and the beds were so comfy! Thank you so much for an amazing stay. PS We are sorry about the bin bag, we weren't sure where to take it so we left it neatly in kitchen. I hope this wasn't an issue

Sack your cleaner

The apartment was ok for value

Arrived after asking to check in early arrived 30 minutes early cleaner was still in cleaning the apartment. Refused to let us leave our bags so had to wait 30 minutes more like 45 until she finished then was able to leave the luggage off. Apartment wasn't clean as I had to go by cleaning products and clean it myself. Fridge work tops kitchen appliances floors dust wipe scenting boards thick with dust Shoe marks on the walls Pubic hair in the bath on the tiles in the toilet Bathroom smelt rancid of cigarette smoke Bed linen wasn't clean neither were the towels Bath mat was disgusting with feces on it Recommended you sack your cleaner Invest in a washing machine and clothes horse Tennant can clean the towels bedlinen their self if that dirty. Check out was between 8am 11am cleaners arrived exactly at 11am apartment was cleaned Floors brushed and mopped beds made spent most of my time cleaning said apartment.

The flat it's very good and comfortable ,kitchen is good and have all you need

What we didn't like was the shower, it's impossible to control the temperature and and almost no water coming out of the shower head

the property was easy to find and was clean on arrival

the shower did not work. it’s trickled out of the shower head and was scorching. I read this on other reviews however assumed this would have been rectified. it was not. also my 5 year old picked something up from under the edge of the sofa which he should never have touched (owner aware by private msg)

all great - would visit again

perfect location, price and everything you need without the usual hotel facilities as this is an apartment but we expected that.

all the interior doors for bedrooms, bathroom etc are fire doors so they spring-close by themselves and make a terrific bang. some rubber door cushion stoppers would prevent this and cost pennies. we only had one toilet roll for 4 people staying 2 nights.

Perfect for a self-service apartment.

Nice, clean basic apartment with everything you need. It is close to Iceland and Lidl. South Parkway rail station is only a 10 minute walk away.

There is no hairdryer.

Good although could be better

We enjoyed the place it was clean tidy with a modern feel to it, close to shops and bus stands for commuting into town. No staff as it was an apartment. The apartment was In a compound and with your own parking which was an added bonus. Well worth a stay.

Noticed just a couple of things that could have been looked at before we arrived. The door handle to the entrance door was coming off, the extractor fan needed cleaning and the bath panel was falling off. Could have done with some plates in the kitchen and instructions to use the cooker built by NASA.
