Clean, modern, great views, friendly staff, breakfast was great, the pub food is also excellent,
It was rather noisy.. not the end of the world but the people talking in the hallway, the banging noises. It eventually went quiet though.

The bed was comfy,the shower was powerful and hot,and the breakfast was nice
It wasn't a full size double bed,the price for the basic room was alot more than I've paid before for better basic rooms in a sort after location
