The staff was amazing! They were extremely accomodating and friendly. I have honestly never been treated so well at a hotel in my entire life. I couldn't recommend them more highly and will 100% be staying here next time we are in the area.

The location was great. Next to the gig venue. Clean and comfortable with helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast was good too.
Minor issue with an extractor fan outside.

Location good in centre Sunday lunch had was veg was cold no smaller portions offered poor
Staff not very helpful didn’t seem like they knew a lot largers were down . noisy from other rooms hear other tv till late and then walking around above us the Sunday lunch was poor not a proper portion veg was cold ran out of some food on menu.staff on bar not very helpful quite a few largers down
