A great spot , a big room and a fab breakfast.

It's a beautiful spot up in the hills above Holmfirth with a great rural view.

It's a steep walk up from the town - about 2.4 miles - but there are easy and immediate taxis available which took us home at the end of an evening for £7.

Fabulous short stay... we'll definitely be back to explore more of Holmfirth and the countryside.

The rooms were comfy, spacious, modern but still had the barn feeling with open rafters... The view was spectacular. Gently woken up by the sound of a sheep bleating in the field. Feels remote but Holmfirth is 5 mins away in a taxi. Breakfast - we chose full english of course! Individually made for us.

I can't think of anything that could have been improved..

Stunning location just a couple of miles from Holmfirth. The views were amazing and the barn was exceptional. Lovely clean and comfortable room, a little too comfortable as we fell asleep and missed the concert!!! Fresh, full English breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Perfect place to stay and relax.

No heating even after contacting the host the heating wasn't sufficient. Very cold room never really warmed up. Faulty heating caused the problem.

It would have been better for us to know that we could access our room for definite before attending a wedding at 2.00 pm. Just being able to use the room from 1.00pm to freshen up after our journey would have been helpful.

Great place to stay for a short break

We arrived late but had full instructions on how to access our room which was roomy and comfortable with good facilities. Breakfast the next morning was excellent. We wished we could have stayed longer than the one night.

Everything about Coddy's Farm is excellent, from the stunning location to the accommodation itself.Lisa and Andrew and their daughters provide a brilliant service and great breakfasts.Nothing is too much trouble for them and they are very welcoming.

Location was fantastic- staying close for a family wedding a but catered for all our different age groups. Disability room was great and anything we needed was quickly solved. Breakfast was lovely

Relaxing farm stay with stunning views and an excellent breakfast

Wonderful hosts, spacious and quiet room, gorgeous views, cute animals, exceptional breakfast and an overall lovely, relaxing stay. We were visiting the vineyard which is a 10 minute walk away on quiet roads, 100% recommend

What should have been a pleasant stay was disrupted by inconsiderate guests.

Room was clean and comfortable. Friendly welcome. Breakfast was well cooked and nicely presented.

We were disturbed at a quarter to midnight by loud and persistent banging on the entrance to the guest accommodation. There were also raised voices. There had obviously been an altercation and someone had been locked out. This situation was resolved by someone after about 20 minutes but it disrupted our sleep and was actually quite disturbing.

The room was a bit cold when we arrived. Lucky the weather was warm the next day so the room got warmer. This might not be a problem to others but I am a cold creature.

Beautiful property renovated to a very high standard! Really spacious rooms and superking bed which was fabulous! Very firm mattress but still had a great nights sleep. Amazing home cooked breakfast and lovely hosts! Will definitely return soon!!

Breakfast was the best we had in U.K.! Gorgeous room with amazing beams. Super hosts! Incredible views from dining area. Great for family or couples.

Wasn’t expecting most restaurants to be closed Monday. Should have checked. Owners did say we could bring food into kitchen and cook.
