Very cute property
It was probably too small for us (a couple) and our two spaniels but that’s our fault not the property!

This wee hut is well thought out,has everything you need, exceptional views just on the doorstep and the walks are fantastic. We never made use of the bath but the hot tub was great after a long day walking. The bed was so,so comfortable. The hosts were so friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend, great value for money, a hidden gem. Definitely will be returning in the summer.

The little house was really cute and Ballater is a lovely location.
The roll top bath was unusable and looked like it needed to be binned! Wasn’t clean and was heavily stained. Along with a couple of minor cleaning issues inside the property. 5 minute shower also not ideal and only found out about it a week before our stay. Owner was nice and did give us a partial refund and said that the bath will be cleaned. Overall, good stay but I don’t think the bath should be advertised with the condition it’s in
