Cosy, well equipped and close to Ballater. Well located if you have a car but a little awkward without due to no pavements approaching property. Bed very comfortable and thoughtfully designed to have the window view for waking up.
Pictures are slightly misleading in terms of the land around property. Understand that the outdoor bath is meant to be rustic but it was not very appealing due to paint peeling etc.

Wonderful, cozy stay in a great location. The tiny house was well laid out with thoughtful touches to make organizing very easy.
We would have appreciated a few more hooks for hanging wet jackets by the door but that was such a minor thing. We really enjoyed our stay.

Ballater is beautiful and we went for very scenic walks in Balmoral and Braemar.
It was nice to find accommodation at a reasonable price in this area and walkable to Ballater
The owners have made really good use of the space. A very cute and cosy little place.
We didn't get to use the little wood stove or wood-fired bath, but we can imagine they are a real feature in colder weather.

The little house was really cute and Ballater is a lovely location.
The roll top bath was unusable and looked like it needed to be binned! Wasn’t clean and was heavily stained. Along with a couple of minor cleaning issues inside the property. 5 minute shower also not ideal and only found out about it a week before our stay. Owner was nice and did give us a partial refund and said that the bath will be cleaned. Overall, good stay but I don’t think the bath should be advertised with the condition it’s in
