Location is perfect as it was just next to CIQ / KOMTAR / City Square which was what I needed. Place is spacious for 2 person but cleanliness could be better. However host was responsive and kind enough to help keep luggage before check in and after check out which helped alot.
Perfect place if looking for a place to stay for a couple of days near CIQ.

Excellent location. Clean. Well appointed facilities in the apartment. It was cool enough without the need for aircond. Shower and toilet was good
Mattress was hard. We had to pay for parking at the beginning. Nothing much else

Location
The room was run down. The wardrobe was bad. Room wasn’t clean. Host didnt put the carpark key in the mailbox. We had to call to receive the excuse that he forgot.
