In the room where I stayed first 10 nights, the automatic ventilator was too noisy and worked too long time. It was a real nuisance. The other room is much better.

This was out of term-time student accommodation, the building were modern, secure, comfortable and clean. The on-site management team were friendly and helpful
Since everything else was so good it seems mean-spirited to find fault, but I have to say, although there was hot water it took a long time arriving. I waited longer in the shower for the water to warm up than I would normally spend on a whole shower. I assume this was the result of internal plumbing and may have only affected the room I occupied.

The staff are really friendly and the bedroom is good value. Student accommodation is what it is across the UK and you get what you pay for
There is no choice about whether or not you turn the light on or off in the toilet. The light and fan comes on automatically and stays on for a long time once the door is closed. This is very annoying particularly if one has to get up in the middle of the night to go to the toilet There were no kitchen facilities which was unacceptable given that I chose this venue because it specifically said a kitchen was available
