For Students Only Home Park Bournemouth

The cinema room!! My room was so hot, so I was in the cinema room most times cos it had Aircon

The kitchen was not clean when I arrived. There were dirty plates left in the sink and rubbish that was already causing an unpleasant smell. I reported this to reception, but was told there was nothing they could do until the cleaners came. I had just arrived after a tiring journey and simply wanted to prepare something to eat, but I couldn't comfortably use the kitchen because of the smell and condition. I ended up having to make two trips to the outside bin and clean the kitchen myself. I stayed for a week, and during the entire stay the cleaners never came to collect the rubbish. I found this very disappointing and feel the kitchen and waste should have been properly managed before my arrival and throughout my stay.

Quick problem solver. Lovely staff.

Had no issues.
