Hotel 17

Location is near the Imago and other eateries places.

There is no lift at the ground floor. We had to carry our luggage up a few steps stairs.. Not suitable if you are have mobility challenge customer and have heavy bags to carry…such as golf bags and luggage’s.

Best thing about this Hotel 17 is the location: it's a 2 minute walk to the Imago Shopping Centre as well as the Riverson shopping arcade, the hotel is right in the middle between the two. There are lots of coffee shops, restaurants etc in the vicinity so no need to drive out if you want to have a meal. There's also an overhead walkway across to Sutera Avenue where there's even more restaurants, if you choose to go there. The rooms are comfortable enough (I was in the Ocean Room), TV had Netflix, all was clean and tidy, and the bathrooms are spacious for the size of the hotel room. Staff at the check in counter are friendly and polite, and checking in and out was very quick. There's a Cafe 17 right next to the hotel that opens at 9:30 AM and serves great coffee, I could go downstairs and immediately order a coffee and relax in the cafe.
