It was very comfortable and conveniently located close to the airport. It provided all the facilities required for our short stay in KK.

The room that i was given was super spacious and the view is amazing! Its definitely worth the price for the amazing view despite some other issue with the room.
There's 2 TV in the room but none were working. A few of the lamps in the room were not working too, making the room a bit dark. There was suppose to be a hairdryer in the room but we could not find it, so we tried to called for room service using the room's phone, to which, was not working as well! So we called the hotel using our cell, telling them that the phone was not working and we needed a hair dryer. 20 minutes later, the technician came but only to fix the phone. I had to call the hotel another 2 times (using my cellphone once and the fixed room phone another time) and waited about an hour before the hairdryer arrived. That experience was terrible as it was about 11.45pm when we got our hairdryer. Also, the room's electric sockets are all located at unreasonable places & height, you cant charged your phone next to the bed unless you unplug 1 of the lamp (which the room is already dark enough) and the socket is too low, which is a bit hard to reach.

The place is so run down and the room was dusty. Aircond was not cool as my previous stayed
