everything is perfect for me. love my room love your lobby. all looks very warm welcoming. the staff is very helpful and friendly.
with a cool place like Luma , perhaps you could change the hair dryer to a more uptodate and latest technology.

The staff.
The marketing and promotional materials are misleading and the property isn’t anything as advertised.
We believed we were booking a tasteful, cozy hotel but, in reality, the place is weird, It is located in a commercial building, never meant to be a hotel. It looks strange, not appealing at all, the location is not good (in front of a very busy street), our room had no windows, and there was a constant glow coming from the outside. The breakfast was dismal, borderline unacceptable.
