the room is clean, bathroom spacious, near convenience store and halal food such as kudat seafood restaurant, easy to get hailing taxi
no breakfast, near airport hence can hear aeroplane landing

Convenient stay for us who like using plate to eat because they prepare it in the cabinet. Other than that, the hotel prepare 3 different size of towel to use and it actually helps a lot.
If you are a light sleeper, u will be disturb with the vehicles sound and also the noise of people talking outside. Also, you have to spend more money for the parking if you are driving. They don't prepare a parking for the stayer.

My room -318 was really next to the reception
The few receptionist gather n talk loudly at night so as during the day , which could clearly be heard as it’s a sort of joining door to the reception counter.
