    We had a wonderful stay at Marriott Hotel Kota Kinabalu! The staff were warm, friendly, and exceptionally helpful throughout our trip. The location is unbeatable—within walking distance to major shopping areas and tourist spots. Our room was spacious, spotless, and offered a breathtaking ocean view. Highly recommended, and we will definitely stay here again!

    Great staff, loved the pool side view. Chicken rice here was flavourful. Unfortunately, the ac stopped working over night and it was quite loud when the ac kept going. My first night the ac worked fine. Marriott KK needs renovation. I had to request 2 times before they replaced shower items.
