    Stayed for 6 nights. The hotel was chosen because of its proximity to Imago Mall and my relative lives nearby. The room furnishing is old, not in their prime working state but usable. The toilet tap is loose, one bedside light is out but it's only minor inconveniences. The shower doesn't have a soap placement, that makes it weird during shower. I stayed in two rooms during my duration, checked out and checked in again for an overnight elsewhere. The rooms are located in different blocks, the receptionist tried very hard to explain that. The lift works well. Parking is under Time Sq parking management, I don't think the hotel has any. A good place to stay if you overlook the minor inconveniences.

    This was my 2 nights stay before checking out to go Kundasang but I checked in again after that. I think the strongest advantage of this hotel is the location, provided one look positively at a shopping mall within walking distance. The facilities in the room is old and need to be tweaked. The faucet in my room can only be shut off mid level, over twist the handle and the water flows again. The AC can't be adjusted, probably because the remote won't work. At least the AC can still function. Despite these minor inconveniences, I find my stay satisfaying.

    The location is excellent. However, the stay waa let down by poor cleanliness and housekeeping, an uncomfortable sleep due to poor maintenance of air conditioning, unreliable WI Fi, TV not functioning and a disappointing bathroom. THe facilities and staff service also need improvement, making the overall experience feel below expectations for the value.
