My son and I stayed at the Magellan for 4 nights and we absolutely loved it! Our room was a basic garden view room but it was very comfortable, clean and a good size. The 3 different pools were awesome and we ate a few meals at the hotel restaurants which were delicious and good value. The location right on the water overlooking the amazing KK sunset was perfect. All of the staff that we encountered were friendly and helpful. Overall it was a very relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Great location . Good breakfast and nice pool.
Poor TV channel choices. Mainly cater to overseas Chinese tourists channel . Very disappointing. WiFi was very slow. Streaming keeps loading.

Location and selection of swimming pools
Room not available at check in and unorganised. Staff unhelpful. Hotel and rooms tired. Lack of sun beds and only about half have parasols as they are broken.
