    The best thing is the bed and the pillows. I have not had such a good night's sleep anywhere else. Room is clean, comfortable and the temperature is evenly controlled. Location is good, if you are looking to buy dried seafood. Food choices outside the hotel is not great so you need to travel a bit farther. The best thing is the service level. Don't be afraid to ask for any special assistance, when you need it.

    My stay there was great, but it could be better if the hotel could read my notes as i did mention that i wanted some birthday arrangements for my partner during our check in, also i did mentioned wanted a higher floor for it but i only got level 5 if im not mistaken, sad. The housekeeper always did great, breakfast buffet was so so, sadly their kerutup ayam shud be out of the menu, tak sedap lansung. Other foods was great especially their hainanese chicken rice, that one was to die for. Parking spot just down the basement cud be quite dark at night but somehow it was okay, elevator was very near.

    We stayed at separate Marriott group hotels at KK during our trip including Le Meridien, Marriott and Sheraton. All 3 hotels were about the same price range. Location wise, this hotel is very good with the fresh and handicraft market just across the street. It is also walking distance to malls. Breakfast quality and spread was good. This hotel is quite dated compared to the the newer Sheraton and Marriott. We wanted to use the facilities but was told that there was a blackout and the facilities were closed unfortunately.
