Comfortable and friendly accommodation

We arrived early and they were happy to help us. We just needed a place to leave our stuff and they were very responsive. We were given the keys as we would be back at night. They explained how it works and gave us their contacts. When we returned, our bags were already in the room, the room clean and ready for us. There is water available outside the room. In the morning when we woke up the coffee was ready and the food was delicious. It was Easter and there were traditional sweets for us. It's good to know we were able to arrive there 'cause we were driving, don't know how to get there in different ways, but they'll probably help.

The bed and breakfast is situated at the country side over looking green pastures. With private parking, this gated area provided a sense of tranquility away from the busy towns. Breakfast spread is really amazing and the common area and rooms are really top notch clean.

It exceeded our expectations. we loved it.

1) Hotel is brand new. You can still realize smell of new furnitures and cleanness. 2) As we met with the owners, it is a business of very sympathetic, candid, helpful and smiling family. 3) There was an extraordinary breakfast with quality products and homemade staffs. 4) Location is so quiet and there is full of oxygen in the air. There are trees and field around the hotel. 5) Location is at approx. 17 km out of Firenze downtown but it takes only 20-25 minutes by car. If you have car or motorbike this hotel should be considered instead of old & small room near to downtown. 6) There is delicious homemade butter cookie during check-out :)

Very nice accomodation

Very nice and friendly hosts! The villa looks fantastic, newly renovated with good taste, situated in a quiet village near Florence. The breakfast was rich and delicious and fresh, good coffee and home-made cookies. We loved it!

The host who received us, Gianna, was fantastic. Nice, friendly and helpful. We could park the car inside, the room was very nice, breakfast was fantastic (orange juice=oranges plus machine to squeeze them, fresh fruit, homemade fresh cakes, etc). It´s in a small village near Florence, in a quiet and a nice house, price was very good whem compared with other options in this area.

Only downside is that it is outside Florence, so we have to get to the center which is not so easy due to traffic. Anyway I would choose the same place again if I go back.

Clean, modern air-conditioned rooms. The garden is beautiful and well-kept, there is a swimming pool and you can sit in the garden in the evening. wonderful women who help a lot. I will miss homemade breakfasts, brilliant homemade cake. we will definitely come back!

Colazione ottima prodotti freschi disponibilita' anche senza glutine e senza lattosio camera pulita,calda,silenziosa,letto comodissimo,possibilita' di preparare tisana in camera,nella zona colazione si puo' fare caffe' e prendere bottiglietta acqua in ogni momento della giornata, accoglienza e disponibilita' super per me ottimo punto di appoggio anche per visitare Firenze senza soggiornare in citta', bastano 30 minuti di auto, se tornero' in zona non cerchero' di sicuro altre strutture,ci e' stata data la possibilita' di fare check in fuori dall' orario previsto dalla struttura,grazie ancora e speriamo di tornare presto

Le proprietarie sono gentilissime e disponibili, la camera spaziosa, ben arredata e funzionale, pulitissima, così come le lenzuola e le salviette. La colazione è ottima e varia: croissants, dolci, yogurt, frutta, cereali e anche opzioni salate. Ho adorato il fatto che ci fossero opzioni vegane (yogurt e latte di soia) e che tutto fosse fresco. La posizione è defilata, ma in 5 minuti si raggiunge l' autostrada e in 10 il parcheggio scambiatore della Tramvia, con cui raggiungere il centro di Firenze.
