I liked the views and comfortability of the place

Cleanliness was not the best, bad mould on the bathroom ceiling - I always kept the bathroom door closed because I would get sick from the mould, some places in the room were not clean as well as outside, the dishes and cutlery needed a bit more cleaning and most importantly, A building that states that they are present to satisfy guests needs seemed more like a made up lie to me, I asked for an appliance as well as an extra blanket because it was extremely cold, only to be ignored constantly when I contacted the property - They only delivered my needs the day before my departure, I was still not satisfied.

The bed is old and super uncomfortable! Woke up with backaches everyday!!!

I didn't like that the wrong keys were in the lock box and had to wait an hour until I got the correct keys. The reception initially helped but once I complained that I'm in the wrong room n 319 keys were missing they wernt helpful at all. We actually discovered ourselves that the keys were swopped i the box

The view was amazing. Bed and sofa was comfortable. All essential appliances were available.

The bathroom had black mould on the ceiling. Extractor fan was not working in the bathroom. The room was very cold as the door to the balcony was not able to close properly. Cleaning was very delayed had to wait till 16:30pm to check into my room. I had no where to go and had to wait in the lobby from 13:00pm. Room was only cleaned once by the staff, the rest of the cleaning I had to do.
