Location and good quality furnishings
Carpets need a clean and the communal area needs tidying up and redecorating

The location and the cleanliness of the property was great. It was comfortable with every thing you needed facilities wise.
Street can be noisy at times but when its time for bed the traffic noise dies down so not a major issue.

It’s in a great location and done up recently.
The heating came on at odd times and the staff was not very helpful. Hot water didn’t work, there is no table to eat breakfast or dinner and the fridge doesn’t have a freezer compartment.
