Town location clean and tidy ideal for a couple of nights stay

Ideal for a short stay parking is over the road with extra charges so you have to carry things over and there’s was a £15 non refundable damages charge which I found quite steep but all in all the accommodation was fine

Nice little apartment. Excellent location. Well-equipped kitchen (though I noticed that, oddly, there was no corkscrew.)

Tedious verification process involving ID and photo (and there didn't seem to be any way of not paying £5 to do this.) This was quite off-putting. I called the company - twice - to see if I could arrive half an hour or so early, and the person who answered told me she would call me back but didn't. Not enough bedclothes - a thin duvet, and it's winter (had to keep heating on all the time.) Only a very small table to eat at - not really sufficient surfaces to put things on.

A fantastic location and a nicely done studio apartment. A very comfortable bed.

Where to start?! It was dirty. Dust on all the surfaces, which I cleaned myself. Also the carpet hadn’t been vacuumed. The grout in the shower cubicle needs a good clean and the toilet seat was loose. We didn’t need to use anything in the kitchen area, luckily, but opened the microwave and found that that needed to be cleaned too.
