Tolle Wohnung mit wunderschöner Aussicht von der großzügigen Dachterrasse.
Die Dachwohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet und bietet alles was man zum Leben benötigt. Ebenso gibt es einen Lift, der einen bis fast ganz hoch zur Wohnung bringt.
Sehr zentrale Lage um alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu erkunden. Der Bus direkt vor der Tür und der Bahnhof um die Ecke.
Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war freundlich und sie war sehr hilfsbereit.
Parkplätze gab es in der unmittelbaren Nähe ausreichend.
Einfach fantastisch!
Leider war die Matratze sehr durchgelegen und man spürt die Federn der Matratze.

Het appartement is heel gunstig gelegen: vlak bij treinstation, haven en oude centrum van Genua. Het is een mooi, ruim appartement op de 5e verdieping. Gelukkig is er een lift. We hebben er fijne dagen gehad.
Meubilair en bed zijn verouderd; je voelt de springveren van het bed door de matras heen. De wasmachine deed het niet; hierover een vraag gesteld maar we kregen helaas geen antwoord van onze host. Er is een groot terras maar daar heb je weinig privacy.

The place is well equipped and clean, the terrace is fresh and nice (only at night) and it is close to the aquarium and the old part of the city. You are provided with necessities like coffee, cooking oil, a couple fans and a discount ticket for the parking.
It’s an old attic without insulation so temperatures during summer are unbearable even with a fan. Whole entrance of the building smells like human piss and has suspicious brown drippings all over the walls. The street it’s placed in gives off shady vibes and you are recommended to avoid it. If you use the washing machine your clothes will smell like rancid humidity.
