Der schlimmste Hotelaufenthalt, den wir jemals hatten

Sehr verschmutzter Teppich, Dusche nicht sauber mit Schimmel an den Fliesen. Die Eigentümerin wollte uns einen Betrag erstatten wenn wir keine negative Bewertung abgeben . Das haben wir abgelehnt. Das Verhalten dieser Frau war völlig daneben. Sie rief uns noch nach, dass sie auf eine negative Bewertung mit einem passenden Kommentar antworten würde . Es ist war einfach furchtbar.

Gute Unterkunft für Kurzaufenthalt und Nähe zur Stadtmitte.

Nähe zum Bahnhof und dennoch zentrale Lage, sehr netter Service vor allem auch der Abend-/Nachtportier sowie der Parkplatz direkt am Hotel. Frühstück hatten wir nicht und können daher nicht bewerten.

Wir haben das Hotel aufgrund der guten Lage gebucht, waren zu einer Führung in der Brauerei Flötzinger und haben etwas in der Nähe gesucht. Was positiv hervorzuheben ist, war der nette Herr an der Rezeption und die Damen beim Frühstück. Ansonsten sehr enttäuschend. Ältestes Hotel in Rosenheim, morbider "Charme", womöglich hatten wir einfach das schlechteste Zimmer... Teppich mit Flecken, Mobiliar sehr angestaubt, leider das Bad mit Dusche und WC winzig und schlichtweg nicht mehr zeitgemäß, erheblicher Sanierungsstau. Hier fragt man sich allen Ernstes ob der Betreiber kein schlechtes Gewissen hat, denn Preis und Leistung stimmen nicht überein!

Sehr schöne Stadt die man gesehen haben sollte.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, wir haben alles bequem zu Fuß erreicht was wir sehen wollten. Sehr schöne Stadt, wir haben viel erlebt. Ein Parkplatz gab es ohne Probleme auf dem Hinterhof. Das Frühstück war für uns mehr als ausreichend, war alles gut. Das Personal war auch nett und sehr aufmerksam. Der Kaffee war sehr lecker.

Unser Zimmer war wohl eins von den unsanierten Zimmern. Das Bad hatte einiges an Wartungsstau. Der Seifenspender funktionierte nicht, nach Rücksprache mit der Rezeption wollte man das in Ordnung bringen, passierte aber nicht. Wir haben uns mit Seife weitergeholfen. Die Mischbatterie von Wasserhahn ist verkalkt, das Wasser spritzt nur herum. Die Beleuchtung im Bad ist für Frauen zum Schminken unakzeptabel und bei der Tür muss man mal die Türbänder fetten damit das Quetschen aufhört. Toilettenpapier hat gefehlt wie auch Flüssigseife in der Dusche , das hätte man mitkriegen müssen wenn man die Zimmer reinigt. Geschah bei uns 2 Tage nicht. Unser Zimmer war zum Hof raus. Da es sehr viel geregnet hat waren unsere Nächte sehr kurz, da man das Prasseln auf das darunterliegende Aludach sehr laut gehört hat.

Wir könen das Hotel leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr zentral, perfekt für Stadtbesichtigungen. Die Betten waren sehr bequem – wir haben gut geschlafen.

Leider war das Personal durchweg unfreundlich und wenig professionell. Kritik wurde pampig aufgenommen, und selbst beim Auschecken wurden wir weder begrüßt noch verabschiedet. Der Parkplatz war ein großes Problem. Obwohl wir extra deshalb dieses Hotel gewählt hatten, waren bei Ankunft keine Plätze frei – mit der Begründung, andere Gäste seien noch nicht abgereist. Später war der Parkplatz wieder voll, und man verwies uns patzig auf den Hinweis „je nach Verfügbarkeit“ bei Booking.com. Wir mussten dann auf eigene Kosten auf den C&A-Parkplatz ausweichen, was teuer war. Das Zimmer war nicht ordentlich gereinigt: eine schmutzige Seifenablage, Haarklammern unter dem Bett und ein verstopftes Waschbecken, das wir selbst repariert haben. Insgesamt leider enttäuschend – wir können das Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen.

Schöner Aufenthalt

Freundliches Personal. Parkmöglichkeit am Hotel. Zentrale Lage. Mann muss sich bewusst sein, ein Zimmer im ältesten Hotel Rosenheims gebucht zu haben, da knarzt der Boden schon mal. Sonst sehr geräuscharm, von den Zimmernachbarn haben wir nichts gehört. Die Zimmer waren sauber und gepflegt. Das Frühstück war gut. Wir finden es absolut empfehlenswert.

Das Frühstück für 14 Euro pro Person war sehr gut und reichhaltig. Die Lage ist zentral und der Bahnhof und das Zentrum sind per Fuß in kürzester Zeit erreichbar. Kostenloser Parkplatz hinter dem Hotel (beschränkte Kapazität). Das Personal und die Chefin sind sehr nett.

Etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Bad ist sehr klein und die Dusche könnte sauberer sein. Durch die zentrale Lage ist es relativ laut, aber das kann man sich vorher denken. Zum Glück hatten wir ein Zimmer nach hinten raus und haben den eigentlichen Lärm nicht mitbekommen.

Tolle Lage und Wohlfühl-Atmosphäre!

Ich kam erst spät abends an und wurde von dem Angestellten extrem freundlich und zuvorkommend empfangen und eingecheckt. Das EZ war ausreichend groß, sehr sauber und ansprechend. Genauso das zugehörige Badezimmer. Das Bett und die Kissen waren super bequem. Weder von draußen noch vom Hotel hörte man nachts Geräusche, sehr ruhig und entspannend! Auch der Frühstücksraum im 1. Stock war richtig schön, reichhaltiges Angebot und auch hier ein ganz besonders freundlicher und aufmerksamer Service!!!!

Es ist ein etwas älteres Haus, was durchaus seinen Charme hat. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Unser Zimmer mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Positiv zu bewerten, ins Zentrum sind es nur wenige Gehminuten wo einem einiges geboten wird ob kulinarisch oder Shopping. Das Frühstück war wirklich sehr gut, da ist für jeden etwas dabei. Sehr viel Auswahl. Das Hotel ist durchaus weiterzuempfehlen.

Местоположението е отлично, на пешеходно разстояние от центъра и приятни ресторанти. Обстановката е много приятна, стар семеен хотел с история и дух. Стаите са спретнати и чисти, с двойни врати към коридора, което осигурява спокойствие и тишина. По време на престоя строяха сграда срещу хотела и не чувахме нищо, макар работата да започваше в 7 сутринта. Стаята ни беше към вътрешния двор.

Обявените безплатни паркоместа не са гарантирани. Спира се отзад на хотела, в малък споделен двор с бариера, който е за съвместно ползване и с други.

Es war ein angenehmer Aufenthalt!

Die Lage war sehr gut zu erreichen, da ich mit dem Zug angereist war ist der Weg zum Hotel sehr kurz ca. 5 Minuten ! Der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich!!
