Disappointing

Great location to the town center.

There was no room service supplies expect from towel and shower gel. At least they should provide some otel basics that guests are likely to forget or urgently need. The prices are very high for this service. Rooms extreme small.

Very good location. 10 min walk to all culture sites. Room clean and comfortable. Has main necessities. No tea making equipment but did not miss this. Breakfast good, good quality ingredients.

Room could get hot in high temperature. We opened window so no issue with this.

Good location, friendly staff, quick check-in, tidy room and comfortable bed, good value for money

No airconditioning in the room, so we had to sleep with the open window, but it was very loud outside until around 2 a.m.

Superb

Tryp by Wyndham has recently been fully renovated and now looks a lot better for it. The location is ideal, 5mins from the central Max-Josefs-Platz and about 1km from the train station. The reception staff offered you a fan at check-in due to the hot weather.

If you can, go for a quiet comfort room. The standard rooms are on the street side of the hotel and the traffic can be rather noisy. There is no air con.

Really nice and friendly staff the general areas are a bit tired like the lift and foyer etc. but the room was modern and comfortable cannot go wrong for the price and the local area is lovely.

Very spacious room, comfortable mattress, quiet, easy parking upfront.

The bathroom is a bit too small, especially the toilet - it's square, which means that, as a man, parts of me that I don't want touching the toilet, were touching it when I was sitting on it.

Value for money but could have been better

breakfast was fine, check in went well without any hiccups and the parking below the building in the public area was fine even though a very narrow entrance. Staff was fine, we reported two issues namely the toilet upon arrival was dirty and only the hand shower worked, the overhead shower (rain-model) did not function. The hotel was being painted on the outside which meant that scaffolding was erected in front of our bedroom. The result was that we could not leave our window open since you could have direct access via the scaffolding. The interior was redone and looked fine but it needs a little more ltc.

A little bit more of LTC goes a long way of making the stay more pleasant. The scaffolding should have been locked during night time to prevent access to the windows of the bedrooms.
