this place is really good to stay with a car for the family travel plan. It is closer to Austria definitely. The room is modern design.. All thing is good for us what we expected. The breakfast is also good as well nice, kind employee. This hotel is historic design and interesting restaurant interior...The typical gasthaus in Deutschland.

The newly revised cleaning relevant policy was described with deutsch in the room with small paper hand-out. The cleaning action can be on-demand depending on your requirement. for instance, shortage of toilet paper roll during stay.

Last time we stayed in the new building which was very good . This time our room was in the original part . The room had been recently modernised but retained some of it’s old features and ambience . Perfect

Booked 2 rooms for an overnight stay as arriving late into Munich and travelling on to Southern Germany/ Austria for skiing. The hotel is a large modernised old coaching inn. Nice mix of traditional parts with modern facilities. Friendly staff and very good comprehensive buffet breakfast. Rooms large and clean. Good value for money.

I would stay there again.

The room was great. We were greeted by a very friendly owner that made us feel very comfortable right from the start. The room had ample space and really exceeded our expectations. The breakfast was great. There was the EU soccer game on the evening of our stay and the owner just made it so comfortable for us to watch, have dinner, and drink. It was a great way to end our vacation and drive back home.

Everything was great in the hotel. The dinner was delicious. The breakfast the next morning was great. It was really a great pitstop for us.

the rooms were really nice, looking kind of fancy and they were big. also liked the kinder garden close to the restaurant so that you can sit and let your kids play. the staff was also nice and the food was also really good

Shower could use some sort of blinds - lack of privacy is not ideal if you are a party of five. (we once stayed in a hotel in Singapore with a similar design but there with a flip of a switch the shower glass became non transparent.

wouldn’t recommend the main building

We were staying at the main building which was quite old with dirty and smelly corridors , not very clean especially the toilets in the rooms. But the staff was polite , helpful and they made a discount on the kid’s stay.

This is old Bavarian style hotel with very nice and friendly personnel, fantastic food. Clean and quiet rooms. Would recommend to try Bayernplatte, meat plate, taste unbelievable good with a local beer.
