Location

WARNING : The property will ask you to fill online questionnaire with a lot of questions and they will ask you to take a selfie with your phone and send it to them. If you don't do thay, they will not send you the code for check-in. They collect more informations about you than necessary. It's time consuming to follow their procedures and steps. You will be informed about their procedure only after you pay, and you won't be able to cancel anything. I never saw such behaviour, I don't recommend this place.

Great place for a mid to long stay

Handy and comfy, once you manage to get in.

Instructions are clear and the team is very proactive in providing them, but it can be tricky to follow if you are not tech-savvy or, as it was our case, arrive tired after a long day of work and travel. I would not recommend it to anyone or for just one night.

We did not stay due to the listing being incorrect. We are displeased not to be refunded.

The listing said parking is available. It is not onsite, but three blocks away. We have someone who is handicapped in our party and could not walk 3 blocks with bags to the hotel. The hotel would not refund the reservation.

Modern apartment

Modern, good facilities with adequate kitchen equipment and use of washing machine. Centrally located for cafes and restaurants, not too far from train station.

Issues with cleanliness on arrival, headboard has stain and sheets/bed had hairs on them. Reported this straight away and was rectified within half an hour. Quite close to busy main road so couldn’t leave window open at night. Needs a lick of paint.

A nice stay

Clean, orderly and with all basic equipment, like towels, soap, shampoo and shower gel, and a kitchen with salt and pepper and kitchen paper.

Though it is actually very easy to find once to know where to look and the description how to get to your room was quite detailed, it took me some time to realise I'd parked my car right in fron of it. You could read the very visible sign over the entrance comming from left and right, but not when you're right in front of it. Also I was confused at first, that on the front door you had to enter the four digit code which you later use for your appartment as well, but have to use the eighth digit code on your appartment when you first enter it. The step by step instruction is, in principle, very good, but easy to misinterpret, once you skip a step (like when the front door is already open)

The code to het into the room didn't work. Didn't get an answer on WhatsApp directly but did on the phone. There was a bad smell in the room when we entered. The parking nearby wasn't tall enough for our car + skibox.

The staff we were in contact with was very nice and apologetic.

We arrived on Christmas Eve, finding our room to be occupied. We had to find another hotel room (on Christmas Eve!) for which limehome paid for. Still, we were running late for our Christmas dinner and it was a big hassle (with two children). Also, we had other extra costs because of this situation which the limehome didn`t pay for.

Small nice flat, in downtown Rosenheim

Small kitchen, well equipped, incl. fridge, Pretty big bathroom, much water in the shower, Good bed. All new. Located very near city center. No parking, but we used parking house P4, 100 m away.

The location, the shower and the large space of the apartment. Very friendly staff

The pillows are worn out and no longer comfortable. The access code system does not fully work as advertised. I had to manually request for the access codes via Whatsapp as they did not arrive at the stated time automatically. On the day of checkout I went for breakfasts and when returning (before the stated checkout time) the access code at the front door did not work anymore so I had to reach out to the Helpdesk again via Whatsapp. The owner was very fast to respond and helped out good and I also told him these minor inconveniences so I'll be back to check if everything has been addressed. Price quality there are better deals but the location is very very good.

Lage gut, Sauberkeit befriedigend, Zustand des Zimmers mangelhaft, Reklamationsverhalten ungenügend.

Die Lage nahe Stadtzentrum Rosenheim finden wir sehr gut.

Die Sauberkeit war noch o.k., im Bad gab es Wasserflecken an manchen Stellen/Armaturen. Aber ein einer Wand des Zimmers hat die Farbe Blasen gebildet und ist z.T. abgeblättert. Das sollte jedem, der das Bad betritt auffallen und dieser Mangel ist sicherlich nicht neu. Allerdings sollte man vorsichtig sein, wenn man ins Bad geht. Denn vor der Badtür hat sich an einer Stelle der Bodenbelag gelöst und ein Stück steht nach oben weg und ist somit eine Stolperfalle. Direkt nach dem Aus-Checken am 26. Januar habe ich entsprechendes Feedback direkt an den Anbieter geschickt. Bis heute (13. Februar) gab es keinerlei Reaktion. Das finde ich besonders enttäuschend. Fazit: bei einem früheren Aufenthalt in der gleichen Unterkunft in einem anderen Zimmer waren wir zufrieden. Dieses Mal sind wir absolut unzufrieden, werden keinen weiteren Aufenthalt in einer Limehome-Unterkunft mehr riskieren und auch Freunden und Bekannten davon abraten.
