Nice hotel on the way from Munich to Austria

Good breakfast with variety of food and drinks. Helpful and nice staff and the check-in desk and the dinning room.

The rooms on the train tracks side are slightly loud and sleeping with the windows open is difficult. No bathroom amenities except standard bathing soap.

Prima

Die Lage war prima; Frühstück hatten wir keins, daher kann keine Bewertung abgegeben werden. Da man kein Fenster öffnen konnte, war die Luft, trotz Klimaanlage nicht sonderlich gut, es war relativ stickig und auch am Gang war die Luft äußerst schlecht. Das Personal war super freundlich, auch das Personal bei Edeka bzgl. der Gebühr für das Parkhaus. Falls wir wieder einmal nach Rosenheim kommen, werden wir wieder ein Zimmer Beinchen buchen und gleich darauf hinweisen, dass wir ein Zimmer mit Fenster zum öffnen haben möchten.

Das Frühstück

Dass man den Parkplatz für sein Auto mit 15 € pro Nacht bezahlen muss und wenn man abends spät ins Hotel kommt kein Parkplatz mehr frei ist sich vor das Tor stellt und dann eine Strafzettel von 40 € bekommt man dann das Hotel erreichen will und weder jemand am Telefon zu sprechen bekommt noch dass ich jemand auf E-Mails meldet! Deswegen werde ich diese Hotelkette nicht mehr besuchen! LG Daniel Müller

Prima verblijf voor één overnachting

Prima bereikbaar vanaf de autobahn. Ondanks er een spoor naast ligt, zijn de meeste kamers goed geïsoleerd. Fijne bedden! Ontbijt is ook ruim opgezet, enkel in het hoogseizoen wat weinig capaciteit voor het aantal bezoekers.

Geen restaurant om de avond te gaan eten. Je moet daarom wel of 15 min lopen of met de auto naar het centrum. Aanrader is dan ‘Flötzinger Braustübler met Biergarten!

Leider war es nicht selbstverständlich, dass es eine Zimmerreinigung gab.

Nagelneu und sehr modern

Das Hotel ist sehr neu und modern eingerichtet. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und haben auch Wasserkocher und Tee im Zimmer. Parken ist kein Problem. Entweder in der eigenen Tiefgarage oder der Garage von Edeka (unbedingt beim Empfang melden und separat bezahlen) oder kostenlos auf der Straße.

Die Umgebung direkt an der Bahnlinie ist noch in der Entwicklung und die Straße wird abends von lauten Autos genutzt. Also Fenster geschlossen halten. Die Klimaanlage und Lüftung ist etwas laut.

Schönes Hotel für eine Nacht auf Durchreise.

Grundsätzlich für eine Nacht auf der Durchreise alles ok. Sauber, schön, gutes Frühstück.

Die Einfahrt zum Parkplatz/Garage ist extrem schlecht beschriftet. Bin völlig daran vorbeigefahren und habe es beim zweiten mal fast wieder übersehen. Der Frühstücksraum ist für die Zimmeranzahl winzig. Besser früher als später frühstücken gehen.

Schöner Aufenthalt und Ideal für eine Zwischenübernachtung auf den Weg in den Süden

Schön gelegen. Gleich unter dem Hotel ein öffentliches Parkhaus mit Zugang zum Hotel. Freundliches Personal und schöne Zimmer. Das Frühstück war gut und reichlich. Alles zu einem vernünftigen Preis.

Bis auf die Nähe zu den Bahngleisen war alles gut. Wer es sehr ruhig haben will sollte sich ein anderes Hotel suchen.

Hôtel agréable et bien situé, sauf si on est en voiture.

Chambre classique très correcte. Très bonne isolation sonore. Douche à l'italienne confortable. Grand lit très appréciable. Petit déjeuner buffet copieux et de très bonne qualité. Pas ou très peu d'emballages jetables. La confiture par ex. est disponible dans des bocaux et l'on se sert dans des petits récipients comestibles. Donc pas de gaspillage, comportement écologique, bravo ! Hôtel situé à 10 minutes à pied de la gare.

Impossibilité d'ouvrir la fenêtre. En été certainement désagréable pour tous ceux qui ne supportent pas la clim. Pas de places de stationnement à l'hôtel, ou bien contre 19€ par jour, trop cher!! Il y a certes de quoi se stationner dans les rues alentour. Le weekend, ça peut aller. En semaine, beaucoup plus problématique

Mein Abschiedsgruß an der Rezeption: "Ich komme wieder."

Auch dieses Hotel macht es wie viele andere: Der Frühstückspreis ist indiskutabel hoch. Eine gute Alternative: Es gibt mehrere Frühstücksgelegenheiten in unmittelbarer Nähe (u.a. ein Bäcker genau gegenüber), wo man gut frühstücken kann. Ich habe ohne Frühstück gebucht und dann ist der Übernachtungspreis völlig in Ordnung.

Hotel dobry - polecam!

Sniadanie ok.

Ten hotel był przerwą w podrózy do Włoch. Jechaliśmy na narty. Na dachu samochodu Toyota Rav 4 box a w nim 6 par nart. Niestety ne było możliwości wjechania do hotelowego garazu podziemnego. Strop garażu bardzo niski. Przyjechaliśmy póżnym wieczorem i znalezienie miejsca parkingowego na ulicy nie było łatwe.

Schönes Hotel, mit unruhiger Nacht

Neues sauberes Hotel, von der Rezeption bis zum Frühstück alles sehr gut.

Einen Absoluten Minuspunkt müssen wir leider der Belüftung des Zimmers geben, die Fenster dürfen nicht mal angeklappt werden, somit war für uns das schlafen eine Qual. Auch die Klimaanlage hat nicht den gewünschten Erfolg gebracht, obwohl wir auf 17 Grad gestellt hatten , ist das Zimmer nicht kälter als 22 Grad gekommen. Dies hatte nun aber den Nachteil das diese einen extrem lauten Geräuschpegel von sich gegeben hat. Auch nach einer nächtlichen Beschwerde von uns an der Rezeption konnte uns hierzu nicht weitergeholfen werden, da die Fenster wohl angeblich laut der Feuerwehr nicht gekippt werden dürfen.

Good, but could be great

New property. Very clean and modern.

Not fully functional yet. No bar or restaurant in the night we stayed. We asked for rooms right next to each other, which the reception clerk said was happening, but the rooms were on completely opposite ends of the level. When we asked to change them, they could not accommodate. Vending machine takes Euro coins only, so we could not purchase anything at all for the night we were there as everything else in town closes at 8pm.
