Very disappointed. Arrived at 9pm after driving from UK to find out that my booking was not made correctly. I've travelled with 2 kids and my wife. Booked well in advance. Only 1 room with one double bed was available and my second room wasn't in the system. Waited a long time until the issue was partially resolved as the place was fully booked. End up having separate rooms with only one double bed pet room. We were very tired and the last thing you expected is this kind of problems when you booked well in advance. You should offer a full refund for this kind of problems.

A comfortable end to a long and fun day

The staff was great. We specifically booked this place because it was air conditioned and it was the middle of July. Since the air in our room on the fourth floor did not work, the staff offered to refund the money had we decided to leave but also offered another room on the second floor. We chose to stay and the new room was perfect. So was the extensive breakfast.

Beds were jam packed leaving very little room to walk around. Definitely a 10-15 minutes of walk (with luggages) from the train station.

Basic hotel for short overnight stay, clean and tidy

Clean and spacious rooms. Rooms have everything you need. Parking house has very affordable night-rate. Some e-auto charging points in front of hotel.

Breakfast experience: offering was quite basic. Also very small breakfast area so be ready for waiting time and queuing in line.

Overall its a perfect location and for short term just perfect. The rooms are small and are not meant to stay long term since they don't have any closet space. Breakfast is just fine and nothing to complain about.
