It was pleasant enough, I just thought it would be more of an apartment and not one big room

Spacious

No seperate bedroom and it was a bit un decorated. Just bare white walls. A few painting would have been nice. Maybe some fake plants or flowers. Also a washing machine, even if it’s for multiple residents to share. But very important for long stay!

Horrid - hot, stuffy and noisy

The bathroom was large - big enough to sleep in and the coolest part of the space

Pretty much everything... Being on a busy junction of a main road. Top floor room that is hot and has no ventilation, so you need to keep the window wide open at night and the traffic is relentless. The description makes it sound as though there’s a separate bedroom - there isn’t, so the kitchen, which has no extraction, is the same space you sleep in. Be warned there’s a bedding surcharge of 5€ per person that is not mentioned before you receive a confirmation, where it’s hidden away in the small print. The floor looks like a crime scene!

Mediocre, but alright for a short stay.

The apartment can easily be reached without a car by taking a bus from the central station of Rosenheim. There are still a lot of parking spots in the front of the building. There is a little place outside with tables and chairs, featuring a little bbq grill as well. Some furniture pieces in the room were pretty nice. Supermarkets and other stores including some restaurants can easily be reached by walking or bus. The kitchen is decently equipped and works for cooking simple dishes.

The apartment is located on a busy road, which leads to quite a lot of noise during the night. The host required me to sign a large letter with a lot of data about myself. I think this could easily be avoided. After a long journey, one wants to rest and not deal with paperwork. We had to pay an additional 20 euros that could have easily been included in the fee on the website already, which was meant for the towels and bed linens. The room's interior seemed absolutely mixed together without any sense of aesthetic. It serves its purpose, but it is not very pleasing. The mattresses are not very comfortable, especially for the bunk beds. I don't get how someone decides to put a kingsize bed and a bunk bed in one room though. It really features youth hostel vibes and hotel vibes in one room which seems a bit weird. The bathroom cannot be locked.

The place is too expensive for what it offers.

Nothing special

The WLAN didn’t work. The room smelled of cigarettes, there was no tea nor coffee available. Upon arrival we found the doors locked and no one at the reception, the place looked like it was closed. We had to phone and the receptionist came at once, but we didn’t get the rooms we booked, however the replacement rooms were fine.

It was on the second level and no lift. There was no aircon and if we open the doors the traffic noise is terrible. We had a pedestal fan not very effective. So very uncomfortable in summer.

Other than that staff was friendly, location is good and parking convenient. The flat is spacious. I would not recommend it for a summer night and I would not recommend it for more than 2 adult guests.

The top floor was very hot. When opening the window, the street noise is very loud all night long since it is a busy intersection. The sleeping couch was very uncomfortable, which made the night worst.

Räuchermännchen

Gute Lage an der Autobahn. Gut angebunden. Vorhandensein eines "Balkon" vor dem Fenster.

Das Zimmer hat total nach Rauch gerochen, als würde ein Kettenraucher neben einem stehen. Die Wassertemperatur war kaum kontrollierbar. Tischecke, ist sehr beengend. Der "Balkon" vor dem Fenster verbindet alle Zimmer nebeneinander, sodass prinzipiell jede Person sich vor mein Fenster stellen und gaffen könnte.

Були одну ніч. Приїхали пізно, виїхали зранку. На стійці реєстрації заповнили анкети, забрали ключі. Адміністратор привітна. Номер чистий, приємний. Є необхідний посуд, ванна кімната чиста, є рушники, мило. Спалося добре, було тихо. Зранку залишили ключі в номері. Машина була на парковці біля готелю.

Ми не знайшли у ванній кімнаті фен. А двум жінкам він точно потрібен.

Für einen Festivalbesuch okay.

Die Lage der Unterkunft war sehr gut 👍🏼 Noch ein toller Pluspunkt war, dass der "verfrühte" check in aufgrund eines festivalbesuchs gegen 14:00 Uhr auch möglich war obwohl die eigentliche checkin zeiten zwischen 16 und 20 Uhr wären.

Die Zimmer waren sehr winzig und stickig. Zudem surrte der Kühlschrank so laut dass ein auge zumachen nicht einfach war. Ebenso störte die extreme hellhörigkeit in den zimmern. Man hörte den Nachbarn schnarchen als wäre man im selben zimmer.Zudem haben wir die Information von unserem Taxifahrer erhalten dass dies eigentlich eine Unterkunft für sexarbeiterinnen ist, störte uns dennoch nicht, da wir wegen des Festivals gebucht hatten. Vor Ort sind immer sehr angetrunken obdachlos hergekommen um zu 'schnorren" das war etwas unangenehm aber irgendwie auch hinnehmbar.

Localisation très bruyante : station essence à proximité, boulevard très passant, lumières partout toute la nuit. Chambre mal insonorisée : dès que quelqu'un bouge dans la chambre voisine ou au-dessus, on entend tout L'hôtel fait de la publicité pour de la restauration en face de la rue : sauf que le local est fermé depuis un certain temps, personne ne le signale Parking très mal fait : nombre de places insuffisant / nombre de chambres -->On joue à Tetris pour ressortir! Les photos d'illustration du studio familial ne sont en rien ressemblantes à la réalité : vulgaire lits superposés contre la fenêtre, à 200€ la nuit (taxes incluses), à 30 min de Chiemsee, le rapport qualité / prix n'est pas favorable au client Propreté des parties communes pas terrible : saleté, odeurs de tabac, on sait ce que chacun se fait à manger dans sa chambre tellement ça sent fort dans l'escalier A éviter pour les personnes qui ont des difficultés à se déplacer ou beaucoup de bagages à porter : il y a des marches partout! Paiement par carte bancaire : n'a fonctionné qu'au 5ème essai, la faute à un appareil défectueux. Tout le monde n'a pas 200€ en cash dans sa poche! Wi-fi très lent Pas d'air-conditionné Insectes dans la chambre Ventilation de la salle de bain très bruyante (fermeture de la porte intermédiaire obligatoire pour dormir)

Wir waren für ein Wochenende da – es war ganz angenehm, wenn auch mit kleineren Abstrichen.

Unser Apartment war groß und bot genug Platz für die ganze Familie.

„Schon beim Eintreten roch der Flur stark nach Essen. Leider verfügte der Herd über keinen Dunstabzug, weshalb wir darauf verzichtet haben zu kochen – zumal es keine Abtrennung zwischen Schlaf- und Küchenbereich gab.

Tolles Unterkunft

Saubere Zimmer, toll eingerichtet von der Küche bis zum Badezimmer. Waren nur für eine Nacht dort (Hochzeit) aber als Ferienwohnung völlig ausreichend. Gleich neben dem Alpina Home gibt es eine Bushaltestelle um in die Stadt/Bahnhof usw zu fahren. Sehr Praktisch!

Klimaanlage wäre toll gewesen, im ersten Stock wird’s ganz schön warm in den Zimmern.
