Great location, great staff, they helped us about our luggages

La habitación super cómoda al igual que el baño y la cercanía a estación Garibaldi y Centrali.....daba mucha comodidad para moverse a todos lados. Muchos restaurantes en la zona también. El anfitrión muy simpático y atento a las necesidades inmediato.

Por poner algo....es un edificio viejo no muy cuidado, muy típico en Italia que los hacen aptos de AB&B . Dentro el apto estaba muy bien.

I really liked the hotel’s location. The metro station and the central train station are nearby and easily accessible on foot.

The room I booked was advertised as an upgraded room, but when we arrived and checked into the hotel, we were unpleasantly surprised because the photos did not match reality. Perhaps this hotel has better rooms, but I booked a room based on the photos shown online and was given a different room upon arrival. For this reason, I was not satisfied with my stay. For some reason, our room had two large extra beds. I don’t understand why, as there were only two of us. The additional beds only got in the way and took up valuable space in the room. The walls were also dirty, and overall the room did not match the description and photos of the room I had booked through the hotel’s website.
