The location is perfect, the room is nice, although the walls are thin, so you can hear the neighbours.

It wasn’t the easiest to get the keys. I had to call an Italian guy, who barely spoke Italian let alone English. We had to wait for him for almost an hour in front of a bar to check in.

Aircon was very good and the room was clean and comfortable. Modern bathroom and good elevator. The location is not that bad, we felt safe and being so close to the train station and metro was very convenient.

Did not provide hand soap and the shower leaked.

Fantastic location 5 min walk from station check in facilitated at the owners restaurant around the corner...supermarket and plenty of eateries nearby....

Typical run down central napoli buiding in similar area...wifi log in details incorrect and when finally connected slow and off and on....very poor tv signal meant picture constantly freezing making it unwatchable...was advised on arrival by staff that if the electric went off i should reset main trip I myself eventually found out that the electric card slot had at some point in the past been damaged and that someone had cobbled together a temporary repair using electrical tape instead of replacing the damaged unit meaning that the electrical contacts were unreliable see foto....finally there was a fridge in the room but no kettle ....there was a kettle one cup and a knife in the entrance hall that had to be shared between the occupants of 4 rooms rather ridiculous...all these issues could and should be resolved by the owner because otherwise it's a pretty good place... .
