Poor smell, hygiene around the apartment. Do not recommend.

Limited pros, which is private parking and spacious living room. Read on for the cons.

Totally below expectation, product is not matching advertisement, which is just dishonest - strong smelly odour once we opened the door, bathroom door was completely off since arrival, blinds next to the bathroom are broken as well, so everything is visible when you use the bathroom!!! Out of 4 lights in the bathroom, 3 are broke, no facility either, no hairdryer as advertised, though seeing the hygiene and poor smell around the house, we wouldn't dare to use it. Sofa is covered by a worn-out plaid and upon recovering the actual sofa underneath, it was full of white particles which is simply dirty and gross. Cloth hangers all over the wardrobe floor. The apartment is simply not well maintained and not up to the standard they claim to offer. Reported all these to the owner (a group called "Mon Groom", not really a private host, https://www.mongroom.com/) right away, sent them all the photos as requested by them, they told us they would contact their "maintenance team right away" and get back to us "as soon as possible", we heard nothing since, except for the scheduled message to remind us to leave the next day by 10am so they can "clean". Apartment is also not sound proof, loud neighbour above. We changed our booking to this apartment, but we really regret not just going to a hotel with the same price and much better rating instead. If you read this, just book a hotel, DO NOT recommend this at all. Will complain further.

Disappointing

proximity to central of the town

Needs a lot of upgrading , kitchen sink leaking collecting in a bucket, terrible smell. Picture in the aid in fact belongs to the next building. Tv and washing machine not working.

The location was fairly good relative to the town Centre. Whilst there was not parking provided there were available parks around the corner. Had netlflix available.

Very substandard accommodation. Seemed like a cheap renovation with tiles and cupboard doors missing, very favorable photos. Asked us to take out rubbish but provided no bin bags, or tea or laundry detergent for that matter. No kettle, no iron. The washing machine did not work and the owner did not assist. The bed was also uncomfortable, was actually a sofa bed. Not sure how this rates so well…

Good

The location was excellent. So close to the town and a choice of supermarkets within walking distance. Clear instructions for locating it. Great size place lovely and clean.

Basic facilities and the bed was not comfortable- it needs fixing underneath- one side slopes into the middle making sleep uncomfortable. Would have been good to have some wine glasses too.

L'emplacement et une place de parking personnelle On a quand même passé un bon séjour malgré les petits problèmes que je décrit ci dessous

Problème dans la salle de bain le siphon du lavabo partiellement bouché et il n'est pas étanche il faut placer un récipient en dessous pour récupérer l'eau qui coule La douche aurait besoin d'être rafraîchit Les télécommandes de la tv et de la box ne fonctionnaient pas j'ai du remplacer les piles Les piles de la box ont coulés donc on ne peut pas éteindre la box il faut la débrancher

L’insécurité liée aux baies vitrées cassées, sans solution apportée pendant le mois de location, l’absence de joint dans la douche, obligé de le changer, un écoulement déficient dans la salle de bain,… aucune solution apportée ni remise commerciale…

procédure parfaite pour accéder au logement

literie décevante canapé à changer matelas du lit très moyen. appartement très sombre et salle de bain trop petite douche à jet ne marche pas

Logement spacieux et bien placé mais beaucoup de choses à revoir

L'emplacement du logement était très bien, proche du centre ville. La place de parking était appréciable aussi. La pièce de vie était spacieuse. Le quartier était calme le week-end.

La porte de la salle de bains était posée par terre, dégondée, il n'y avait donc pas d'intimité. Le raccord électrique du sèche-serviette était à nu , dangereux. Les stores du couloir sont en mauvais état. Il n'y avait pas de sèche-cheveux alors qu'il était sur la liste des équipements du logement. Le plaid du canapé serait à remplacer ! Il n'y a pas beaucoup de vaisselle, trop juste même pour 2 personnes.
