Ligging en dat het een mooi oud pand was en parkeren
Aanrechtblad was te klein je kon er alleen een koffiezetapparaat opzetten en dan was het vol

L'appartement est dans un hôtel particulier ancien et cela donne du charme à cet endroit. L'appartement est spacieux, bien equipé et bien aménagé. Le parking est un plus. Il est assez proche du centre pour des personnes qui aiment marcher.
L'environnement n'est pas exceptionnel (maison au milieu d'immeubles)

Appartement bien situé avec parking. Equipement correct et beaucoup de renseignements sur le message envoyé par le gérant.
L'hôtesse d'accueil invisible et surtout injoignable. La propreté du drap très douteuse ( cheveux ) et travaux à l'étage supérieur avec une cage d'escalier assez sale.
