L'emplacement au top, le parking gratuit au près, les indications du propriétaire parfaites. Malgré le petit espace, il y avait tout le nécessaire pour faire notre petit déjeuner et les 2 bouteilles d'eau à l'arrivée ont été très appréciables. Logement propre. Emplacement très calme.
Literie correcte mais oreillets trop moux à notre goût. Escalier pour monter à la chambre pas très pratique.

L emplacement idéal dans le centre de Troyes et au calme malgré tout . L amabilité du propriétaire. La propreté et la literie. La terrasse partagée mais agréable pour l apéritif par exemple. Le ventilateur/clim en marche pour nous accueillir.
Le frigo n était pas assez froid compte tenu de la météo caniculaire.

Le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas et vu les températures extérieures cela était problématique, un chauffage électrique d’appoint aurait été le bienvenu, nous avons eu froid Logement pas du tout insonorisé, on entend les conversations des voisins Coin cuisine très rudimentaire Ok pour une nuit voir deux mais pas plus
