Quite appartment just outside Annecy.

2 Bed room apartment with enough room for 7 sleepers in total. We were a family of 5 and the over all experience was very good. The apartment was very clean in a new complex and very well packed with all the stuff we needed. It was great staying, cooking and sleeping. Washing machine was an advantage, Internet link was super fast. Location is walking distance from a very organized beach front and 5 min drive from a supermarket. Would stay there again.

As we arrived late we had to pay 20 Euro for 'late arrival' as the host came to show us the apartment. It would have been possible to just leave the key in the mail-box like every other location we stayed in and do the paperwork (if any) in the morning. There is a private parking but on many occasions it was full and we had to look for parking somewhere else. There is only one bathroom/toilet so morning was not as quick but was OK.

Good view and location. Rooms are comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped.

Not child friendly. Neighbour directly below this apartment complained twice during our 6 days stayed. We have to move our kids out from this apartment the fourth night, very bad experience.

Per 5 persones aniria bé un altre lavabo. Ara bé, com que està separat el vàter de la dutxa fa que vagi més bé.

Mooi appartement, prachtig uitzicht, drukke weg en weinig parkeerplekken

Hele mooie locatie met prachtig uitzicht. Ruime lichte kamers, meer dan compleet. Centrale locatie met winkels en strand op loopafstand .

Helaas was het voor toeristen verblijvend in Sevrier erg moeilijk om een parkeerplek vinden. De meeste parkeerplaatsen zijn betaald en ook nog voor korte duur. Max 1 uur parkeren in de omgeving van ons verblijf. We hadden de mogelijkheid om privé te parkeren. Helaas waren deze plaatsen meestal bezet. Ondanks dat er ook parkeerplekken zijn in de parkeergarage. Ons advies is dat de eigenaren een plek reserveren voor hun gasten zodat zij kans hebben om hun auto ergens neer te zetten. Als je auto eenmaal achter de slagboom staat durf je niet meer weg te gaan. Helaas waren de bussen te vol waardoor de bussen langs ons heen reden toen we op zondag met de bus naar Annecy wilden gaan en toen waren we genoodzaakt met de auto te gaan. Het verkeer langs het appartement was een grote stoorfactor. Omdat het heel warm weer was(35+ graden Celsius) konden de ramen niet dichtblijven in de nacht. Dit was gewoonweg te warm. Het verkeer dendert 24/7 door. Wellicht in deze tijden is een (mobiele) airco een optie
